EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Fernando F. Sandoval is a student at the University of Chicago studying Economics and History. On campus, he is involved with several finance clubs and programs. After graduation, he will be pursuing a career in finance.

He has prior internship experience across both private and community foundations, informing his approach and organizational management.

He is originally from Maywood, IL and is a proud PMSA alum (‘22).

Hola! My name is Marta and I am from Madrid, Spain. Right now I am studying Microbiology at UChicago in hopes of becoming a researcher. I am really passionate about bacteria and all the awesome and scary things they can do. I am super excited to be part of the board of the foundation! I think education is such a blessing and I want to mitigate any obstacles that people may have in fulfilling their purpose in life and changing the world for the better. 

DIRECTOR

Antonio Sandoval is Fernando’s father. He is currently a sales director at CGW Sales and Family Home Improvement. With 20+ years of industry expertise, he takes pride in offering excellent client service.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family.

DIRECTOR

Angel Cuevas is an air traffic controller in the U.S. Navy. As a third class petty officer, he has contributed to over 27 thousand mishap-free operations in support of 19 squadrons, 2 CNATRA detachments, 2 COMPTUEX, and multiple Homeland Defense Alert Periods.

He grew up in Maywood, IL, and is a proud PMSA alum (‘22).

DIRECTOR

Jack Vesevick is an investment analyst at The Chicago Community Trust, the city’s premier community foundation. As part of the investment team, he helps manage $5 billion in assets supporting the Chicago community.

Prior to this role, Jack worked in investment operations at Willis Towers Watson.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Farmer School of Business. A lifelong Chicagoland resident, Jack grew up in Glen Ellyn and currently resides in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood.
